之前跟印度人来往过一些邮件，觉得他们的用语看起来非常礼貌，就总结了一些技巧：

1. 在邮件正文开始前不要上来就问，而是添加一句问候，寒暄一下：

Hope this email finds you well.I hope you are well.I hope all is well.We send you our best wishes.Greetings from all of us at XXX (organization)

2. 寒暄之后，开门见山资讯问题：

I"m writing to inquire about xxx

3. 礼貌的提出咨询问题：

Would you please do xxxShould you be so kind as to do xxxPlease could you tell me if xxxI would like to know xxI would be grateful/thankful if you could xxxI would appreciate knowing xxxI would appreciate information about xxx

4. 提出问题后继续表达感谢：

I would appreciate your help.
