As is vividly illustrated in the table, we can carefully observe a not uncommon social phenomenon currently, in which a table with regard to the staff’s satisfaction towards the company in which they are working is demonstrated. Specifically speaking, people ranging from 41 to 50 are least satisfied with it, however, people over 50 are most satisfied with their current situation.

There prove to be a number of reasons accounting for it, first and foremost, that phenomenon has something to do with the structure of their age, especially with their working and life experiences in which they play a pivotal role, what is more, that social issue is likely to be intertwined with the structure of the company in which they are employed .

In line with my personal thinking, there are 2 major factors that should be taken into account seriously, on one hand, the general people concerned should enhance their awareness in this respect, what is more, the relevant company should bolster the benefits for their employees. Only if we have these measures adopted effectively can it be resolved successfully.
