The purpose of the bar chart is to outline the changes in people’s shift between cities and rural areas from 1990 to 2010 in China. Generally speaking, people in growing numbers live in urban districts, and the number of persons in rural fields decline to about 700million, at a rough glance.

A number of factors can be easily found for this change. In the first place, a lot of rules are made be the authorities to improve people’s shift from the rural places to cities. In the second place, an increasing number of men are aware of the importance of living in an urban area, and we learn a lot to have a happy life in a big city. Last but not least, this is the trend of the development of the society, which means this issue is a focus of our concerns.

For reasons of changes that I have mentioned above, we may safely draw a conclusion that there will be further changes in the future. Some laws will be enacted to rule this kind of shifting. In other words, there is little doubt that effective actions will be taken on this issue, I think.
