In a team, everybody wants to be accepted and paid attention to. But for one reason or another, not everyone in the team are equally accepted and valued.

My friend Lilei used to be quiet because he was short and fat. Every day, he came to school on time and sat at his desk silently. Never did he show interest in discussions or after-class activities, nor did he ever raise his hand to ask or answer questions. He even dared not hold up his head. In this state, his study remained poor. Seeing him in such a state, I decided to cheer him up. I showed him the importance of being confident and leading an active life by telling him about Hawking. Gradually, he gained confidence and began to lead an active life and made good progress.

So, Never get used to being ignored. If you are ignored, work hard to make yourself stand out.
