At one time it was the dream of many little girls to become a nurse. Today, however, America is facing its worst nurse shortage since World War I. Each nation has many good people who help to take care of others. For example, some high school and college students in the United States often spend many hours as volunteers in hospitals, orphanages or homes for the aged.
