Per usual, this list takes into account only regularly scheduled airings of first-run shows on ABC, CBS, The CW, FOX and NBC -- there are 102 in all in fall 2012. "Encores" and Saturday-night repeats aren't counted. The five least-watched series (through Dec. 23; all ratings numbers courtesy of Nielsen) .
一如往年，本榜单只包括今年秋季档中ABC CBS CW FOX和NBC几个电视台常规播出的美剧——2012年的秋季档一共有102部美剧在这5大公共台播出。重播收视不计入内。
