Self assessment:
I have made myself intelligent, honest and respectful. And I’m not a common clerk in my work position. I showed my capability of organization as well as direction. For example, I have planned a project<new project: automobile exhaust pipe> what is very interesting for the workmates in Hosun. When I worked as a Marketing Department clerk, I have many of the qualities to control my work. In the first place, I got a lot of information to prepare this work ,and ,the second step for this work ,I have tried all my capability to win this -----of course , when I met some troubles ,I have to find the answer from my workmates. And,they gave me a lot of useful information. And so, I could plan my time reasonably and efficiently.
Above of all, I felt that my strongest assert is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finished a job and it turns out just as Id planned .I have set some high goals for myself .So,I have to work it out and got what I planned .
But, I have many disadvantages. Most of all is that: I am a censorious man. And I don’t like to make even an error till the job is well done. So,I should to do more.
