七、教学步骤: 

1.Show the words (careless-ly, quick-ly, proud-ly, bad-ly,nice-ly……)    Let the Ss read them, and sence the pronunciation of “ly”. 

2. Read the chant by themselves, then listen and chant together.  

3. Show some animals’ pictures and talk about their own characteristic. 

4.Show some questions;    1) what kind of animals are covered with hair or fur? 1) what kind of animals have warm blood? 

2) what kind of animals lay eggs? 3) What kind of animals has two wings? …… 

5. After checking the answers above, Listen and read (A) more times. 

let the Ss read again and do the exercises. (read and circle),then check them in group and class. 

6..to finish Part C (sorting the words) 

7. Write some names of animals on the paper in the group. Everyone choose one card, and then ask the questions. 

8.write down the information about the animal that had been chosen. Report to the others. 

9.Homework: 1)Find out the words with “ly”            2)write some sentences about an kind of animals.
