2.教学难点： 1)A项三个语篇的阅读理解和猜谜活动。 2)C项信息交流任务的有效开展。 

四、教学手段  教学录音磁带、卡片、挂图 

五、教学方法 情境教学法、听说法、翻译法、语言交际法 

六、教学步骤:

1.1) Review the words    2) Match some words    3) Guessing game in group of four. 

2. Read Part A then check the answers in pairs. 

3. Choose one passage to recite. 

4.Choose a word like: animal, city, country to play a guessing game. 

5. Look at Part C Separate the Ss into 4 the groups ask and answer the questions. 

They can say: Now, I’m a member of travel in China” group. I want to visit Japan. Where is it? 

What language do people speak there? What is Japan famous for? …. If the group can answer the question correctly, they will get one point . 

6. Ask the Ss to look at the picture in lesson 19(part A) and discuss. What do you want to see? Where should you go? Where is…? 

7. Read the letter of part D and fill in the blanks. 

8. Read the letters. 

9.Homework:    1)Review    2)Choose one passage of Part A to recite.
