Istanbul(伊斯坦布尔) is the biggest city in Turkey (土耳其). It is a city of differences. For example, one part of the city is really old. You can see ancient palaces, churches and bath rooms. The other part of the city is very modern. You can see bars, Western shops, tall office buildings. There are places in the city that are quiet and peaceful, like churches. But out on the streets when a new day begins, people hurry to work, sellers and buyers shout.

Building a house costs quite a lot of money. Suppose you plan to build a house. Your first step will be to find a right piece of land. Your choice will depend on many different things. His estimate is based on existing prices, but prices of such things may change, and many other things may happen between the time when he makes the estimate and the time when he builds the house.
