三、师资雄厚

学校高度重视师资建设，通过“名师培养工程”，培养了一大批德才兼备、业务精湛的优秀教师，形成了“博学明礼  养正拓新”的校风、“学高身正  树人达己”的教风和“德达才实  学以致用”的学风。现有专任教师108人，其中有33人获省、市、区等各级荣誉称号。

III  Professional Staff

Our school emphasizes teachers’ continual development, especially in terms of in-service training. By carrying out “Excellent Teacher Training Project”, we now have staff consisting of a great number of excellent teachers. We believe “Great learning makes a teacher; moral integrity makes a model". Now we have 108 full-time teachers, among whom 33 have won numerous honors for their achievements at different levels.

四、教学质量

学校教学质量稳步提高。我校“三考”成绩突出，各科会考成绩均达省I、II等水平，各种竞赛成绩突出。近三年来，高考上线率都在97%以上。2010年受到了区政府的表彰。2011年高考再次取得辉煌成绩，学校第一批上线人数为62人，我校第二批以上共上线260人，本科上线率达69.9%. 2001年我校学生林赛华曾获省高考理科状元。

IV Academic Achievements

Our school has achieved excellent results in “Three Exams”: The CEHSS (Certificate Exams for High School Students) result of each subject is up to B or even A grade on average. The university admission rate has reached over 97% in recent years. In 2010, our school was awarded by the district government for the remarkable achievements in National Matriculation Tests. We made history again in 2011. 62 graduates reached the score set by national key universities. 260 students reached the score set by universities，accounting for 69.9%. In 2001, Lin Saihua, a student from our school was the provincial champion in National Matriculation Tests.

五、特色教育

学校采用“合格+特长”的培养模式，积极拓宽多元化成才渠道，形成了艺术教育的办学特色。经过多年的励精图治，师生共同努力，在龙湾区乃至温州市内都有一定知名度，艺术特色教育成为温十五中的一张金名片。青苹果合唱团在2010年浙江省中小学合唱节上荣获高中组省一等奖，2011年7月应邀参在加奥地利金色大厅举行的第41届国际青少年艺术节的比赛中，荣获表演单项金奖综合成绩银奖的优异成绩。

近年来我校的音乐、美术专业考生更是保持了100%的专业上线率和升学率。2010下半年被评为市艺术教育特色学校，2011年1月被评为省艺术特色学校。

V  Education Highlights

Aiming at combining basic education and characterized education, our school is active in exploring diverse ways for students to develop their potentials to the fullest. Art education has been one of them. Recent years have seen our remarkable achievements in Performing Arts. Our school chorus won first prize in 2010 Zhejiang Chorus Festival for School Children. They also won gold medal for their performance at the 41st International Youth Art Festival held in Golden Hall of Austria in 2011. A great number of graduates have been admitted as music or art majors into arts universities, making the admission rate 100% in recent years. In 2011 our school was honored as “Provincial School with Highlights in Art Education”, following the title of “City School with Highlights in Art Education” in 2010.

六、社团活动

我校先后成立了龙腾文学社、青苹果广播站、青苹果合唱团、绿色志愿者服务队、书画协会、摄影协会、棋社、绿眼睛环保组织等十几个学生社团，社团成员400多人。社团活动丰富多彩，如我校动漫社学生义卖动漫作品，“情暖”残疾女孩;绿色志愿者服务队进社区等活动赢得了社会的赞赏。成立于1987年的龙腾文学社是我校社团中的佼佼者，曾获“全国校园文学社团百面旗”称号，校报刊获“全国优秀校报刊”称号;每年参加市、区艺术节比赛活动成绩优异。逐渐形成了以元旦文艺汇演、龙腾杯征文比赛、科技节、艺术节、运动会为主要内容的校园文化。
