Thank you for your favorable consideration on my application for LL.M Programme. I appreciate the time and effort you have made in reviewing my application.

Your offer has been given careful consideration and on this occasion I am unable to accept you offer. I have also taken the time to review your offer for other Masters Programmes at XX Law and unfortunately I am unable to chose a programme which satisfies me.

When assessing an offer I look for excellent school reputation. I consider indicators such as academic ranking, alumni network and teacher-student ratio. For some of offers, the scholarship must be higher enough to satisfy me. I take into account the number of international students, location, accommodation, campus environment, tuition fees, and gender distribution.

The admission pool is extremely competitive and inevitably I am unable to accept all offers.
