Step 2: Presentation.
a. Show some new words and let the students to read them. b. Check out
c. Show some pictures about welcome to the unit.Then asks students: What can you see in the picture?Which one is bigger?
After they answering, let student remember new words and phrases: times. the Sun .the Earth.
Use some adjectives to express their feelings
d. Show the other pictures, then let students ask and answer . Eg:What can you see in the picture? I can see------Then help students to learn new words and phrase: back、fat、same、stop doing sth. Use some adjectives to express their feelings
e. Find the correct pictures for the sentences in Part A on the book, check the answers together .
Step 3 : Practising
Work in pairs and talk about this topic with the words in the box. Use the conversation below as a model.
Step 4 : Presentation.
a. Meet the comic strip.First listening and then asking students some questions such as: Do you know what they are talking about? What does Eddie think of ?What does Hobo think it is?Why doesn’t Eddie think it is a plane?
b. Open the books . check your answers at the same time. c. Act out the dialogue.
Step 5: Homework
a. Read the dialogue between Eddie and Hobo . b. Find out some more amazing things. c. Write an article about amazing things

Part VII. Teaching Summary:
The students are curious about everything that is fresh, imaginative, creative. This unit is about amazing things. In order to attract my students, I prepared for a few special examples which are mentioned in the passage at the first class, let the students learn more about amazing things.
I used the principle---First to learn then to teach method at our school, I want the students to join the class and make the students become the real master in class. By discussing, let them find and solve problems, let them to act it out at the same time. let the students realize their own design and participate in the learning process and show their success and joy.
