•Solutions:①In the whole teaching procedure, I will lead and encourage students to think
more and speak more sentences with if…will…pattern .②I will let students do two pair-works , the first one is easier and then I will give them a summary about if…will…sentence, and finally there comes the second creative and a little difficult pair-work.③At the ending of this lesson, I will let them do a multiple choice to consolidate their grammar knowledge.

•Step1 Greetings & Leading in
•Greet the students and introduce myself. In this step I will use free talk “How are you
today? I am happy today and if I am happy, I will laugh, sometimes I will eat something. If you are happy, what will you do? ...” to lead in the new lesson.
•Step2 Before Task
• I will show some pictures to set a scene dialogue. And lead them to use conditional adverbial clause.
•Eg. 1. If you buy ice cream, what will happen? • 2. If don’t buy ice cream, what will happen?
• 3. If you have 2 yuan, what will you do? (Show the pictures of activity 1a ,ask students to talk about the pictures one by one and help them to think about the consequences. If you do, you’ll …)
Step 3 Words and phrases learning
I will use pictures to describe the new words and phrases to help students learn them and to strengthen their memory.
•Step 4 Do activities through 1a—1c
• In 1a ,I will ask students to guess and match the statements with responses first, then listen to check if their answers to the questions are correct. I will let students to listen the material 3 times. For the first time let them do the matching, the second time to check the answer once more and the third time to read after the record. Then I will give them the tape script and ask some students to role play the dialogue.
• After the listening finished I will write the 1c Pair-work on the blackboard, and ask students to practice in pairs. I will lead and encourage them to think more creative answers. And then encourage some of them to role play it.
Step 5 Pair work II
In this step I will give a brief summary of the new phrases and sentences first. Then I
will let them to do a pair work. I will set a scene “Now suppose you and your partner will go to the school party, what will you talk about?” Then I will give them 2 or 3 examples. Then I will ask and encourage them to think more possible answers and talk about it in group. After 3min I will encourage them to show their dialogue and let them to write a short dialogue in pairs. And I will tell us that those people who do well job will get gifts.
•Step ⒍ Listening 2a-2b
•I will use the same way used in 1a to teach these two listening practices. •Step ⒎ Group work
•I will let students do a group work like this: Suppose that your class will have a class
party. You two are the organizers of the party, what will you talk about?
Please write a conversation about it.
I will first group the students 5 people a group. Then I will give them a example and some suggestion and inspiration. And then I will give them 7 min to write the conversation by groups, per group write one conversation.
•Step ⒏ Practice—multiple choice
•In order to strengthen the understanding and memory of the target language of
students, I will let them to do a multiple choice at last.
