What’s a person to do, then, who’s stuck in the middle of winter or the dog days of summer? Wait until spring arrives to be happy again? Hardly.

If you find yourself feeling down because it is a very hot, cold or rainy day, all you have to do is recognize that you can release these feelings, then do just that. Releasing is a natural ability within you that The Sedona Method – an easy-to-learn technique – can help you to reawaken. The Sedona Method is a unique, simple, powerful, easy-to-learn and duplicate technique that shows you how to uncover your natural ability to let go of any painful or unwanted feeling in the moment. The Sedona Method consists of a series of questions you ask yourself that lead your awareness to what you are feeling in the moment and gently guide you into the experience of letting go.

“When you are feeling controlled by the weather, first acknowledge that it is just a feeling,” says Hale Dwoskin, CEO and director of training of Sedona Training Associates.

Then, use The Sedona Method to let go of the feelings that the weather is affecting your mood. It is really as simple as that.

“When you let go of the feeling of giving your power away to anything external, including the weather, you discover that how you feel is always up to you,” Dwoskin says. “And as you let go of your reactions to the weather you will find that you can feel great and be productive no matter what is happening outside.”
