However, other students have the opposite view. They have their own reasons. They argue that chatting online is a waste of time, and that their time should be spent meaningfully on study. In addition, some students get cheated online.

From my point of view, making online friends is not a bad thing if we are careful enough. Anyway, the Internet widens our eyes and enriches our knowledge.
