As is seen in the picture, the temperature in the world is increasing rapidly. As a consequence, the ice in the North Pole is melting, affecting the polar bear. He even needs an air conditioner to cool down.

What may account for this phenomenon is, I think, human’s activities. Faced with this situation,we should spare no efforts to save energy for the sake of producing less carbon dioxide, w hich, undoubtedly, is the main cause of global warming. On one hand, we’d better walk or ride bikes in preference to driving cars or taking buses whenever possible; on the other hand, never shall we leave electrical appliances on if unnecessary. In addition, it’s much importance that should be attached to planting more trees as well as making use of recycled materials widespreadly to contribute to what we call low-carbon life .

In my opinion, small things count much in our daily life, which will make a great difference to global warming. Were everyone willing to do his bit, the polar bear would live a happy life without an air conditioner.
