By presenting examples of successful people whose dreams contributed greatly to their success, this passage emphasizes the importance of dreams and advocates that people should have dream and never give them up.

Nobody will deny that dreams play a very important part in one’s life. I think dreams influence people in the following ways. Firstly, having dreams means intense concentration on specific goals, which undoubtedly increases the possibility of success. Besides, dreams can serve as great motivations, pushing the dreamers to go ahead with courage and overcome difficulties with effort. Lastly, those who have dreams are more likely to be self-disciplined and well-organized, which are necessary qualities for ambitious people.

It has been seen how much dreams have meant to my father’s life. Country born and country bred, he dreamed of becoming an architect as a kid. For many years, he spared no effort to approach his dream by working extremely hard at his lessons and reading books related to architecture. Now he is an authority in architecture and is well-known at home and abroad.

To be brief, no matter who you are and what are doing, you should have your dreams and hold on to them because they give you chances to taste success.

The passage uses several examples to prove the importance of dreams and appeals to us that we should keep our dreams and try to make them came true.

Based on my personal experience, dreams are very important to a person during his lifetime. Dreams are like the hot fire in the cold winter. They can point out the way in which a person can achieve his goal. We are full of hope and power when we have dreams. The one who lose his dream will be easily defeated by others. So, dreams are where we want to go and we can get there.

We can take new-elected American President Obama for an example. He is a black man and he dreamed of being a president when he was young. But as we all know, in fact, the black people don’t have the equal right as white people have. It seems that his dream is impossible. However, Obama has never gave it up and tried his best to make dream come true. Finally, he realized his dream.

Based on that is said above, we can draw a conclusion that dreams are very important to us and we shouldn’t give up them.

From the passage, we know that a successful businessman held on to his dreams, which was finally come true. We should believe in ourselves and struggle for it till we achieve our goals.

There is no denying that dreams play an important role in our daily life. You will believe in yourself and devote yourself into your future as long as you have dreams. It does make sense whether your dreams would finally come true.

The author talks about that dreams are of great importance to one’s success, taking a highly successful businessman as an example to show why we should have a dream and how we deal with it.

I can’t agree more with the author. Just as the famous saying goes, life without a dream is like a sailing without a lighthouse. Once we have dreams, we will spare no effort to struggle for it. At the same time, we can nourish from our life. All in all, success will be made without a dream to make it.

Take Zhang Ning, the badminton player who won the gold medal in the 29th Olympic Games, as an example. Though she is in her thirties and is too old for a player, she has a dream to get the gold medal on her mother land. The strong desire makes her work harder then any other player in the team. Finally, she realized her dream, which others considered almost impossible.

All the statement above leads to the conclusion that we should never forget our dreams if we have them and hold on to it till them come true.
