6 展望

综上所述，Ca2+通道与阿片类受体存在着耦联关系，Ca2+通道阻滞剂不但通过直接阻断Ca2+通道影响神经元生物学效应的产生，而且不具成瘾性，在阿片类药物依赖戒断症状的治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。中草药在我国具有上千年的历史，其中不乏具有Ca2+通道阻滞作用的药物，对这些中草药的进一步筛选，选出最有效的药物成分，并对其治疗阿片类药物依赖戒断症状的机制进行研究，将有望开发出有本国特色的治疗阿片类药物依赖的新药。
