课前教师在教室的四面墙上贴上一些图片，图片背面朝外。让学生看不到图片的内容。

教师出示一些 “radio,watch,computer,camera,key”等实物图片的反面，引导学生运用所学句型进行猜测。

4.游戏“失物招领”
把学生分成4小组，每组设有一个失物招领处，教师把在课前预先搜集的每组学生的书包，铅笔盒等物品做“失物”，让需要认领“失物”的学生排队前去认领。
教师可先示范一组对话：

教师在黑板上画一个未成型的物品，让学生以提问的形式进行猜测，引导学生用”Is this/that a/an …说出自己的想象物，教师添加几笔后再继续问，直到所画物品明确为止。
b.利用课本上6幅未完成的画进行猜测问答游戏，鼓励创新思维。
