I am Zhang Hua from Class One, Grade Nine of Hongxing Middle School. The topic of my speech is “For a Green World”. Everybody knows that the earth is becoming more polluted.

What can we do to solve the problems? First, I think finding new uses for old things is a good solution. For example, we can turn a pair of jeans into a cool purse, or use newspapers to make paper arts for a friend.

It’s also very important for us to use less of everything. That means you ride bicycles, turn off the water when you are brushing your teeth and turn off the lights w hen you leave your rooms.
