4 结 语
以乙基纤维素为载体材料,采用乳化―溶剂扩散法制得阿司匹林胃漂浮型微球,制备工艺较简单,重现性好。微球形态圆整,大小较均匀,在0.1 mol/L的盐酸介质呈现较好的漂浮性能与缓释特性。
