伴随着全球市场竞争的加剧，财务风险将影响企业的生存与发展。同时，全球性金融危机加大了企业的财务风险，预警企业的财务风险成为各企业能够兴旺发展的关键。针对于自身力量相对薄弱的中小企业，在瞬息万变的市场中如何适应环境变化，提高抗风险能力是一个现实而严峻的问题。中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，它以其特有的经营方式和灵活的生产方式对经济的繁荣和社会秩序的稳定起着极其重要的作用。然而，目前我国中小企业的财务风险预警机制普遍存在着不健全不合理的问题，未能及时准确地规避财务风险，使其难逃倒闭的厄运。因而基于中小企业所存在的问题，有必要从中小企业的特点出发，建立有效的财务风险预警机制发现并预测企业现有以及潜在的财务风险，积极应对金融危机和激烈的市场竞争所带来的冲击，同时，为经营管理人员制定政策节省时间，规避其经营风险，不断提高经济效益，对于实现社会经济的可持续发展，全面落实科学发展观，促进小康社会的建设，保证国民经济的健康发展具有极其重要的意义。

Abstract

With global market competition, financial risk will affect the survival and development of the enterprises. At the same time, the global financial crisis increased the enterprise's financial risk. The key for the businesses to thrive is to warn financial crisis early. Relatively weak on its own power for the small and medium enterprises, how to adapt to the environment change and  improve the ability to resist risks is real and serious problem in the rapidly changing  market. Small and medium enterprises are an important part of our national economy, its mode of operation with its unique and flexible modes of  production play an extremely important role to the economic prosperity and social stability. However, the current pre-warning mechanism of financial crisis of small and medium enterprises in China is generally not sound unreasonable and fails to timely and accurately avoid financial risk, it's sure for small and medium enterprises to close down. Therefore, based on the problems, it is necessary to proceed from the characteristics of small and medium enterprises and establish a sound financial risk early warning mechanism to adapt to the current market environment, to respond actively to the impact from the financial crisis and  the fierce market competition, meanwhile, it is significant for the management to save time, avoid the operating risks, improve the economic efficiently, implement the scientific development outlook comprehensively ,promote well-off society and ensure the healthy development of the national economy.
